How to buy
Every piece is handmade, so orders are handled personally — there's no online checkout yet, and that's on purpose.
1. Browse & find something
Look through the shop or a category. Use the search box to find pieces by name, material, or keyword.
2. Send a request
On any product page, fill in the short request form. It emails Paper Petal directly with the item you're interested in. Tell us anything relevant — quantities, colours, timing, or a gift note.
3. We confirm the details
You'll get a personal reply to confirm availability, final price, payment options, and shipping or pickup. Nothing is charged until you've agreed.
Good to know
Is anything charged online? No. The form only sends a request. Payment is arranged directly once we've confirmed the details.
Made-to-order pieces take a little longer — usually about a week — and can often be customised. Just ask.
Sold pieces marked one-of-a-kind may not repeat exactly, but a similar piece can often be made. Send a request and ask.
